All Stage I Kits include H Sport Coils (#19824), along with bump stops (front and rear) and a Sport Tubular Sway Bar Kit (#22825). The Sport coils will lower the E46 approx. 19mm front, 9.5mm rear while retaining excellent ride quality. Replacement bump stops are also included for additional extra travel needed with the lower stance.
