e-Boost Street 40psi

PRESS RELEASE

Overview: The e-Boost Street is an electronic boost controller aimed at the street performance market. It features the same boost control capabilities as the e-Boost2 range continuing the e-Boost tradition of providing class leading boost control, value for money and no nonsense features. For 2010 the e-Boost STREET has received a facelift and can now handle boost pressures up to 40psi and has the added feature of an auxiliary output that can be used to trigger intercooler sprays and methanol / nitrous injection systems etc. Auxilary Output triggers water spray, methanol or nitrous injection and shift lights etc and is fully programmable against boost, RPM or both. Maximum boost level: 40PSI / 2.72BAR. Boost Settings: There are two boost settings – easily selected via the “turn-and-push” button. An external switch can also be used to change between boost groups if required.  Boost correction factor: Many street cars with standard turbo systems suffer from boost drop off at high RPM. The Boost Correction Factor eliminates this problem and is exclusive tothe e-Boost family.
Display: An easy-to-read 3-segment display with adjustable brightness can be configured for PSI, KPa, or BAR and will flash when warning of over boost shutdown or rev limit, allowing the unit to be used as a boost gauge, tachometer, or a shift light.
Housing: The unit is housed in a black anodized aluminum case 80mm wide x 25mm high x 95mm deep allowing the unit to be mounted within a ¼ DIN size opening.

ProCharger now has two complete intercooled systems for the 6.1L HEMI Challengers – a shared-drive, HO Intercooled System and dedicated-drive, Stage II Intercooled System. Both the HO and Stage II Systems allow SRT-8 Challenger owners to experience what 575+ HP feels like in these modern Mopar muscle cars. Both ProCharger Systems utilize the proven and patented P-1SC-1 ProCharger, a 3-core air-to-air intercooler, OEM-quality mounting brackets and all necessary supercharger and intercooler tubes for installation onto the new Challengers. ProCharger systems for the 6.1L HEMI Challengers now utilize Diablosport® flash tuning systems to apply the ProCharger-developed tune for both applications.

Both the HO Intercooled and Stage II Intercooled Systems add more than 150 horsepower when installed onto the stock 6.1L Hemi engine while still running pump gas and enjoying all the day-to-day driveability you’ll want to experience every day. Thanks to the industry's coolest charge air temperatures and largest power gains, no other supercharger system for the awesome new Dodge Challenger even comes close.

For modified engines, the ProCharger Stage II Intercooled System supports the highest boost and power levels in the industry.

ProCharger 6.1L HEMI Tuner Kits
In addition to the two full systems, ProCharger also offers two Intercooled Tuner Kits for the 6.1L HEMI Challengers – an HO Intercooled Tuner Kit and a Stage II Intercooled Tuner Kit. With reliability, quality and power far superior to other forced-air induction systems, a ProCharger Tuner Kit is an excellent way to add even more power to modified and custom applications of the legendary 6.1L HEMI Charger. Tuner Kits require the purchase of a fuel system upgrade (injectors and fuel pump booster) and custom tuning.

The ProCharger design also features the highest flowing air inlet system when compared to the others' highly restrictive design. ProCharger owners can expect 175+ horsepower gains on both L99 (automatic) and LS3 (manual) equipped Camaros with just 7 psi of intercooled boost while still running on high-quality pump gas.

The HO Intercooled ProCharger system for 3V Mustang GT’s produces a 70-75% power gain on stock motors running pump gas, with 10 psi of intercooled boost. This means stock motors typically produce 460+ RWHP, and are able to run well into the 11‘s with their standard 3,800 lb loaded weight.

Thanks to the industry's coolest charge air temperatures and largest power gains, no other supercharger system for the '05-'10 GT even comes close. With ATI's patented self-contained supercharger oiling, exclusive dedicated 8-rib drive belt and high performance air-to-air intercooler system, unmatched power is delivered with maximum reliability and relatively simple installation. The HO Intercooled System is 100% complete, with fuel injectors and innovative Diablosport Predator® handheld programmer included. A Stage II system, which is similar to the HO system but is compatible with upgrade to a 12 rib drive system and 800 horsepower intercooler, is also available. Tuner Kits without fuel injectors and handheld programmers are available for both the HO Intercooled and Stage II offerings.
